My fee is $200 for an initial 60 minute intake session, and $180 per 55 minute session.

In Oregon, I am actively in network with Aetna and I will be in network with Moda on 11/1/26. If you have Moda insurance, I can work with you prior to 11/1 via a SCA contract with Moda, please inquire for further details.
I am in the final stages of credentialing with Regence BCBS.
For all other plans I am out-of-network, and I can provide a "superbill" receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of services. Please check with your insurance provider about your specific coverage and reimbursement rates.
